It’s Thanksgiving here in the States, so I’m relaxing and enjoying some time off, eating a lot of yummy food (and then leftovers😋).

For me, I figured out how to make a whole-grain pie crust for our pumpkin pie that uses coconut sugar instead of granulated sugar. I also added a fun pecan crumble on top. It’s so good, too!
